Similarly, he doesn’t have a favorite animal, and probably wouldn’t be able to name a favorite color, either.(He’d probably be more inclined to get a dog, though unless there’s a cat that wins his heart first).He refuses to decide on “cat person” or “dog person” he likes both.He’d be willing to play heater if his friends are coming in from the outside during winter though.He likes physical affection, but he prefers short touches like ruffling someone’s hair, a pat on the shoulder, etc.He doesn’t (usually) get angry about it, though, unless he’s already upset due to something else.It’s not just important stuff, either he’s the type of person who, if something doesn’t work the first time, tries at least 10 more times before he MIGHT consider changing tactics.(Like, idk, telling some adults there’s A YOUNG GIRL HIDDEN DEEP IN RADIANT GARDEN’S CASTLE! He’d decided sneaking in and becoming an apprentice was the best way, so he didn’t even think about other options).He picks one way to go about it, and completely disregards anything and everything else.When Lea gets focused on something, he ends up with serious tunnel vision.Problem being that one of the bullies was Isa Saix and he couldn’t just punch his friend! So he tried defending them in different ways.But since he had no Heart, the start was okay.For a kid like that, suddenly being a Nobody without empathy - and an assassin to boot - was weird.(There’s a reason Isa asked “What is it with you and picking up stray puppies?”).And a whole flock of younger kids who’d always come to him if they were in trouble He’s punched more bullies than he could count.He didn’t always pick the best way to go about it, but his heart was in the right place.Random teen who looks sad? Go cheer him up! Girl stuck deep in the dungeons of the Radiant Garden castle? Sneak in there to talk to her!.Especially as a kid/teen, Lea’s always had a big desire to help people.It didn’t help anyway, and Lea somehow still passed his classes.Isa used to pester him for a while, then just decided it wasn’t worth it.He was probably that kid who could easily tell you what the homework was, but who didn’t do it anyway because he had other stuff to do.Luckily, he’s at least very good at remembering stuff, assuming there’s no supernatural influence.That memories sometimes? Just aren’t there anymore? What?.Forgetting is a kind of creepy topic for him in general.He apologized to Xion for forgetting her.Followed by being forgotten by his friends.One of his worst fears is forgetting his friends.He usually doesn’t, because why would he, but he could.(I think it’s been said that all that’s needed to summon a weapon is a strong enough connection to it? And he is attached enough to them to do it).Even though he’s Lea again and has a keyblade now, he could still summon his chakrams.He has scared a few doctors because his normal is what would be a fever to most other people.(So if you’re dating Lea, congrats, you have a human heater now!).It’s still at that level despite him being a Somebody again.But it got bumped a little higher when he turned into a Nobody and gained fire powers.As a teen, it was just the upper end of the general average.Lea’s always had a rather high body temperature as his normal.So during summer, he usually just suffers.But you can’t exactly use fire to cool yourself down.If he feels cold, it’s easy to warm himself up.Despite his powers, Axel absolutely can NOT handle heat.(I had so much Even/Vexen stuff I felt like I needed to give my porcupine some love)
